‘Chucky On A Chair’ Set To Replace ‘Elf On A Shelf’
The Ministry of Morale can confirm that ‘elf on a shelf’ is going to be shelved this year with ‘Chucky on a chair’ taking its place.
The ‘elf on a shelf’ phenomenon has become popular around the world, but owing to the bad behaviour of some minors, a more extreme novelty needed to be introduced.
‘Chucky on a chair’ can be used by parents who are finding that their teenage kids are becoming a bit unruly.
The fear factor that will be introduced by ‘Chucky on a chair’ will mean that most teenagers will probably not want to go out and cause mayhem.
Although Chucky has been quiet recently, it is thought that his resurgence will help to stop unsociable behaviour out on the streets.
Talking about the situation, our Chief Morale Officer said:
“Elf on a Shelf’ was seen as a harmonious and light-hearted way of keeping kids entertained.
“But because of the amount of unsociable behaviour we see on our streets, the time has come to introduce a way of ensuring that kids prefer to stay at home rather than go out”.

These videos will then be shared with your fellow citizens (via our facebook page) who will then offer you advice on how to best overcome the morale failure.
