New ‘Wambulances’ To Be Rolled Out To Ease Strain On Emergency Services
The Ministry of Morale is pleased to announce the introduction of a fleet of brand new ‘Wambulances’ which are intended to help take the strain off of the overworked, overstretched and under-resourced emergency services.
Many citizens may not know, but much of the emergency services time is taken up dealing with adults who behave like ‘numpties’.
There is also a hardcore element of citizens, who like nothing better than to waste the time of the emergency services.
This means that finite resources are often over-stretched when genuine emergencies need responding to.
Our research has shown that in many cases, citizens are calling the emergency services because they get excited by the sirens and flashing lights of emergency vehicles.
Thus, the ‘Wambulance’ has flashing lights and sirens so callers will get that ‘tingly’ feeling when it arrives on the scene.
Talking about the announcement, our Chief Morale Officer said:
“Despite previous publicity campaigns, we are finding that some citizens are blatantly wasting the valuable time of the emergency services.
“For this reason, a fleet of ‘Wambulances’ are being introduced which will be sent to calls where attention seekers are demanding attention.
“This will enable the emergency services to dedicate their time and resources to dealing with genuine emergencies”.
